As the topic states i wanna sell this bpo of the undisputed best and most used interceptor.
Production time is about 4h 35 mins. Which means rougly 5,25 per day.
The auction:
Ends: Wednesday 07.12.05 22.00 evetime
Starting bid: 8 bln isk
Reserve: hidden
Buyout 19 bln isk
Only acception offers on here, except buyout offers which can be made via ingame mail and will be posted by me (without mentioning the secret bidder) within 24h (even if they are not posted, first buyout counts as rl trouble might keep me a day or 2 off the comp)

honestly, i dont know any of them and undoubtly the bpo itself is the best interceptor bpo ingame.
As for why i am selling it, have had it for 1+ year now and due to rl changes ive not enough time to run my small t2 shop anymore so im selling out my bpos. It would be a waste to have one of the 5-6 Taranis bpos catch dust while the players are carving for new ships, especially for the standard interceptor at hand.

going by luminaire market prices it should be 2.7-2.8 mil per ship construction cost (including the atron). Tho this doesnt include bulkdeals or multiregion price searches so u might be able to drop the price abit.
If you sell at 8.5 naga price its like 6 mil profit per unit, so roughly 30 mil per day. If you sell below regional marketprice in luminaire (which works just fine aswell) you can get 9.7 mil per ship regularly raising profit to 36 mil per day.

if you get 22,5mill a day for 30 days a month it's 675mill profit a month.

Meh, now i understand advertisement and all, but "best interceptor" is pushing it there, a bit... "one of the good ones", perhaps? Since at least two other can match it easily in combat, and yet another will leave it in the dust as far as tackling is concerned... o.(

purely speaking from a market perspective. Its the "best" selling interceptor, most used and you really cant compare them to each other unless u specify a role for it. Overall its one of the best (if that goes down smoother with you).

A Intereceptor cost around 2.5-3m to make, deppending on how cheap you get the parts. Aprox 5 and a half hour build time per unit. Just because you can build max per day doesn't always mean you are always able to sell them right out of the factory.

Takes a while to pay back its price, but this isn't exactly a short term game.
As for best inty etc, they all have hugely different roles so, blah.

The taranis is for sure one of the leading cepters in terms of sales/profits (having run cepter markets before).
If only i had the ISK on hand to pickup this investiment.

I mean, judging by your ( ) hidden reserve and the opening -> buyout prices you are deluding yourself. You'd be lucky to get whats on the table and that is only because some ppl havent done their homework on SISI.

Thus demand will go down quite a lot (lots less blown up) and thus price/competition will reduce value. Not to mention CCP plans to realse more bpo's after RMR through auctions.

may i remind you that this is no discussion forum. If you dont like the auction, stay away from it as stated in the rules.
In addition i also want to put down that any of your "facts" are purely assumptions based on your warped sense of what might happen in the future.
a)Nowhere was stated how many or if any bpos will be released.
b)Nowhere was said these ships will be modified or what way they will be modified.
c)The ships will be less used ? by your logic T1 ships would be totally out of demand. From a manufacturer pov you can still sell thoraxes or vexors. Why wouldnt you sell taranis anymore ? Especially considering Eve has 75k accounts with 150k chars.
pls do not derail this thread further as your opinion is just that, your opinion.

Correction: that's 675 revenue a month. Even if it sold at the bare minimum 8b you're starting at, that's still one year before you ever see a profit. And your assumptions spell a pretty rosy picture which I wouldn't want to confuse with a real market.

by customer request i added a 5 minute sniper rule. Time is counted by the forum clock of your reply.
The winner will be announced latest 23.30 and the bpo will be put up on escrow in luminarie right away (or latest 23.59) for the winner.
