The first one is terrible - some sort of ratting EFT warriors sniper but has no MJD, in missions where you often can't warp to 100 to start with. 2x black eagles 
The second one has a far better chosen tank/appropriate amount of damage mods, and actually has the MJD. Is a much better ship per isk spent, but imo MJD sniping with a rattlesnake is generally pointless, the plain regular T1 domi does that better as it can use gardes over a greater range and it will have perfect application on small stuff (ammo type notwithstanding) at that range from turrets, where as cruises have to shoot the big stuff and thus don't prevent overkill by the drones.
I've been a drone player forever, and I'd always choose the Navy dominix for this task and shoot from the beacon ahead of the rattlesnake which has an overstatted tank (survivability you don't need if you have good dps), and understatted dps (reducing your income).

I ended up going with the rattlesnake fit from battleclinic im just looking for enough isk to plex and keep this toon training im going into retirement mode at this point. also I fit my ship with advanced damage cruise missiles so my dps is around 1,164 with my skills.
The only thing I wanna work on at this point is caldari BS 1-5 for max resistance boosts and some other misc stuff, already at over 140m sp
First ever level 4 mission "I never really did missions past lvl 3" I was more into mining.
