Now, I realize that in the macho "who's your daddy" state that we all feel after a successful kill, it is considered wonderful by many to gloat and/or salvage a trophy from the wreckage. (Especially after a very hard fight.)
But this was so ... wrong.

It's a joke.. rather lame as well. Those DNA samples he linked to are from pirate NPC's that drop on missions.

Right: it is better than Hannibal Lecter running around EVE, which is what I thought had occurred.

Last convention I submitted the idea that we be able to mine corpses for the implants they had on

it was in reply to someone else's joke that the dna strings were shown - an in joke between 2 of us that have known each other awhile - sorry you got misslead by this my appologys.

I heard quite some time ago that ccp was thinking of making corpses viable by being able to remove implants from them to resell. I havent head anything about this in quite some time though so they prob scrapped the idea
