Not concerned what ships as they will just be used as a lv 4 mission pullers but should be able to fly something useful.
 Can be high or low sp, don't mind. Budget is flexible.
Want chars for this weekend, don't post please if you plan a month long auction.
Ideally want 2/3 chars

anna, can't see your standings.
overon, standings too low m8, sorry
I want to use them as mission pullers so standings are the ONLY essential criteria. Faction standing gives me more options so as I've said i prefer high faction. |

absolute min of 6 but 7 would be ideal.
