However upon redeeming the items, i noticed something funny,
It includes the following:
Electronics skillbook
Navigation skillbook
Mechanics skillbook
Spaceship Command skillbook
Engineering skillbook
Gunnery skillbook

And i might have missed 1 or 2.

Uhm..... i don't wanna sound ungrateful or anything, but those skills are all base skills you already have to begin with.

I looked up this starter pack and it's special offers coming with it and i must say, if i could get this special offer on my account, i'd do it too.

I mean the 3 months of game-time for less than 30 Euro's is good value if you ask me.
I'd stop buying PLEX for 3 months and be able to save up a lot of iskies that way.

What i mean to say is, CCP.... maybe such a special offer is in order for your more loyal player-base? twinkle twinkle :P

so yes. these starter packs do help archaic accounts get skills they need to actually be competent, as they once were not all granted magically at character creation like new character now.

I actually went for the Minmatar kit, since i spent a day looking at what i want to do and the Scimitar seems to be the best at it.
Not that the starter pack helped out that much in this regard.
