Hmmm by the looks of it this is no sale - unfortunatley I can not pay 45. I did, just about 15 min. ago, bought 2 more domi Crusie at 35 each in Heimatar. I have looked at the thread you have provided above - and in my honest opinion that module went way over the limit of its price/use value.
In any event - my offer of 40 Still stands, I need to obtain 5 More Domi cruise launchers. Please consider this post an offer and a free bump for whomever chooses to outbid me.
