this character is pretty nice but it cannot fly covert ops as u stated as it only has electronic upgrades 3

 Does not even have Covert Ops ship listed in the skills.
Scam posters of this nature are bannable from ccp, so please, either edit to reflect the sells true nature or if u are a scammer, just, plainly, **** off and grow up!

i paid isk and he logged off.
ill give him the chance to either return isk or transfer. i will be leaving for 2 hours if its not back in my account or new char in account i will petition for ban.
