The CEO of a corporation should have exclusive rights, in all actions, of his/her corporation. As such, I have found one area that is lacking in that department..... Corp Contracts.
The CEO of a Corporation, and possibly even the Directors, should be able to pull of a Corp Contract and see who issued, but more specifically Who Accepted the contract on the Corp's behalf.
I recently ran into a snag, when I opened up the Corp Contract, and could not see who accepted it.
Results desired: Allow CEO the right to view this, and possibly make this option a grantable role, so Directors can be granted this right as well.

I can support this idea. If it's Corp it's Corp therefore the CEO is ultimately responsible.

EDIT: OP: Change the title to something more useful to grab people attention: "Idea: CEO View of Corp Contracts Issued By\Accepted By" for instance

Title has been more accurately changed. Thanks for pointing it out. I was more focused on the subject of the thread than the title. Forgot to go back and revamp it.
Also, perhaps the Corp Contract could be edited to also allow only certain roles to accept it within the corp. As example, let's say we have a Mining Corp. One wing mines it, perhaps another division refines it, and a third hauls it. When selecting the ore, or refines minerals, for a Corp Contract, we should be allowed to select only certain roles, within the Corp, to be able to gain access to the Contract (view details, items involved, locations, etc.). So, I select the ores, then create a Corp Contract for the Haulers only.
Just another Idea. The roles in this game are phenomenal, let's put them to further good use!

I like this.
A) CEO's SHOULD be able to view pretty much anything at all regarding the Corp,
B) Making it a grantable role allows other members of a "Board" or "Committee" the rights as well, and
C)"Contract could be edited to also allow only certain roles to accept it within the corp." So not only can only certain members of the Corp (re)view the specific details of the contract, but only certain roles(divisions/wings/job classes/etc) be able to accept it.

Perhaps add in: Only members with certain skills can accept it. i.e. Only those with Ice Refining 5 can accept my Blue Glaze contract, etc...... |

Very nice. I never thought of that. But it does make sense. I don't want my 4 week old newbie refining something at a skill level 1. lol
