I have 34k loyalty points with a quality 15 security agent and the best offer I have gotten is 24 hardwiring implants worth about 15 mill. Has anyone managed to get any +3 or +4 implants? thanks!

AFAIK the level 3 agents - or even the level 1 agents, come to that - can make the same offers as level 4's. It just takes longer (a *LOT* longer, if you're using level 1) to accumulate the loyalty points.

I have been running LVL3 agent mission now for about 10 days and just passed 40k lp.
At 20k LP, I was offered a set of Hardwire Implants (cost of 10k LP + 6M isk)
At 40K LP, I was offered 2 x +3 Perception Implants (cost of 30k LP)

with 15k LPs i was offered a +3 inteligence implant, from a lvl 3 agent.
With the same LP's i got a +3 memory implant from a lvl 4... So, same reward level, in less time... or maybe not :).

The 15k offer of my lvl3 agent usualy is a <something or the other> Connections skill book, but I already have those...
The 24k offer is a T2 Frigate
The 30k offer is indeed a set of two +3 implants of all types
The 60k well so far I have all +3 implants in my hanger and a T2 frigate as well as those skill books so well when get to the 60k I might just update this post.
ps, my lvl4 agent gives the same offers as my lvl3 at the same levels of LP's and I guess a lvl1 and lvl2 agent would also do that it will just take a lot longer.
The tens of hardwire implants I have not had but a full set of a certain type of hardwire implants I have had several times. (all 5 deadeye or something implants one for each slot)
Agents seem to be very attatched to a certain type of offer and they seem to want to offer you the same over and over and over again, so if yours is giving you crap take just go talk with an other agent and only run the ocasional misions for the one you have now that will show him. That no good for nothing... sorry getting a bit over excided again.

Well, I just got a 1500(!) LP offer.
A Harpy in exchange for a Hawk, 1 Small Shield Booster T2, 1 Small Armor Repairer T2.
While not as valuable as the Financial Connections and Trade Connections books I have gotten, it damn sure impressed me at 1500 LP over the crap I had been offered in the past.

Do connections books come from agents of any corp? I'm at 12k LP and hoping to get a connections book(whatever amount of LP it takes).

Atm in 0.0 every 15K LP gets me a +3 implant worth 30-40mil depending on type
i caculated that each unit of LP is worth about 2500-2666 isk
so overall its making me 20mil an hour if i count in the money from the LP, which is very very good money with the very minal risk i take docking with instas in 0.0 :)

got a +3 implant(i think it was memory one but not sure) for 9k LPs from a +18 quality command agent. I think command agents give better offers than surveilance agents, but not absolutly sure. I have nearly 30k LPs on a surveilance agent now yet no offers that actually make me money yet lol.

+4 implants are arund 100k to 120k LP so it takes a loot of time to get them
PS: All lvl agents have same offers, problem is geting the amoubt of LP need with low lvl ones

+3 implants(willpower, memory, perception), check(strangely no int or cha offered yet), 15k range
enyo for tags and some t2 stuffs(turned down, rl issues I knew I wouldn't get all the stuff in time while being prettymuch afk for the week), around 10k lp but not positive
I wanted both connections books, so I was taking the best offer they gave after 20k if I hadn't gotten the books

I got an offer for 2x +3 memory implants a 25k loyalty poins too  thats with a q36 agent. Also a offer for on of the xxx Connections skillbook at 15k didnt accept it now i want it

Lets see. Level III QL 16 agent that's been my bosom buddy for six weeks or so.
1 x military connections @15k LP
1 x political connections @15k LP.
2 x +3 Per implants @ 20k (in exchange for hi-tech small arms).
4 x +3 Mem implants @30k (again in exchange for hi-tech small arms).
2 x +3 Int implants @30k - no exchange required. Turned that one down.

I got a Gallente Navy Comet for 75k LPs in spring when they were brand new, rare and cost 300m. Kept it though.

You can actually get a +4 implant for around 40,000 LPs, though it's a little-known secret.
+3 implants are available at around 10,000 LP. Take four of them, sell them on the market (30 mil x 4 = 120 mil) and go buy a +4 implant.
