Hey.
since ODYSSEY arrived , i have problem with my drones and dont know how to fix that. and so fare CCP hasnt been able to helo me with that and i am waiting for their final answer.!!!! this means yes i have support tickets for this.for like 2 weeks now!!
what is the problem?!!
i am a capital pilot and as you all know capital pilots do there best thing with drones. but for me it has been a pain in the ***** and nothing more.
this is what happens.
when i launch my drones, i have to command and tell each drones one by one to go and engage that target and to the next one. and what is more hard and make me angry is that i have to tell each and every one of them again one by one to return to the drone bay, and just that will takes a few minutes to do.
what i have done so fare for fix this ?!
- so fare i have done with CCP asked me to do. then i deleted the eve and all the folders and bookmarks, every **** that has something to do with EVE, from my computer. i have done that 2 time. and then the same thing happens again and nothing has changed.
You may ask if i have tried in other ships and see if my drones are a good drones and do their ****jobs?!
- yes i have. i have tried in my Dommi and Rokh and the same thing.
You may again ask if i have tried with my other accounts and characters.?!!
- Yes i have done it. i tried with my other capital pilot and the same thing.
You may ask have i tried with other computer. ?
- Yes i have done it. with a computer that has never been used for EVE. still the same thing.
So if there are someone who can help me with that or has any idea for how i can six this, please let me know and help.

if you train the skill "drone intelligence" to at least level 4 you wont have another problem

Just to rule out pebcak:
1. What are you drones settings at? If they're on aggressive, go to passive and back to active. CCP tends to mess up with displaying defaults.
2. How do you try to have drones engate a target? Possible options are by using f on a selected target and right clicking on the group in the drone window and select engate target.
Drones also only auto attack when they're shooting you(they show up as red in the overview). If they just have you locked(yellow) they won't auto-attack. |

tbh, there ARE issues with drones since odyssey.
it is not 100%, but sometimes, when i order a group to do something, only one drone within this group wil execute the command
last time i recalled them, i had to issue the return order 5 times so the whole group return in bay.
had it happen on gila / myrm / ishtar / thanny.
same for any order.
sometime they will work normally, sometime they just wont (and my drones are passive, checked many times, refreshed the setting, cleared cache etc.....)
tbh drone mamangement is really bad anyway, and there are issues with drones in eve since ages..... just another one to add to the list, since CCP never does anything about drones but screwing them up anyway.... |

This is happening to me alot in most fights.
Send my drones to attack i look up and only 1 or 2 are actually doin as asked, the must be related to the old ogres 
No too much of an issue if you have the window open and spot it.
i just keep spamming drones attack every few secs. |
