my god , one week on the top bing a dericter the next flying aruond in a badger 1 : i dont know what to do i cant make money i dont have a war ship no corp seems to be right for me i tried starting my own corp 2 time an any corp that adverives it self is just looking for members  i just dont know what to do , all i have left is 300 share in a corp and a badger

There are a lot of decent corps around that are willing to help people get started (or started once again). Takes a little time looking around the recruitment forum and browsing the website, but it's very well worth it.
There's another thread going on (Everything I worked for in EVE - up in Smoke) with lots of people giving very good advice, in particular not putting all your eggs into one basket.
Have a coffee, do some reading there and in particular pay attentio to the corps making suggestions in that thread. Might be a good way to start :-)

We actively recruit. Is it because we are looking for members? Yes. Is it because we're willing to sign on just anybody to fill our ranks with the biggest dumbasses we can? No.
we don't offer positions to everyone we talk to, only the ones who have a drive to succeed in the game, want to have fun doing so, and whose ideals match up with our own. If you'd like, give us a look, or you can chat with a few of us in the "interpol" channel in-game. Either way, I wish you luck getting yourself started again.

Yes, there are many good corporations out there but make sure you join one that knows the meaning of family. Integrity should be at the core of the corporation. I'm looking for team players, The Common Wealth.

Also, if you are looking for a corporation, you can go to the Corporation forum on this board (or on some of the fansites).
There are many recruitment posts there, and you can usually find what you're looking for there
