I started using it and it updated my info the first time I launched it, but now when I hit refresh info, it doesn't update my character information. Any ideas what is causing this?

The reason is because eve-i.com doesn't exist anymore.

Yeah, but I first used this program yesterday and it retrieved my information about my character just fine. Now it won't anymore. I was just curious if there was a work around.

actually that's not true Wishmaster Arcanis. the only reason the ECM would be talking to eve-i would be checking for an update for itself.
The data used is taken from this site (your character xml).
There is a known issue with the ECM regarding getting your XML that we are trying to resolve. For the moment you should try closing the ECM then reopening, then clicking "update". Either that or use safe connect that will allow you to get the xml without giving the application your username/password (if you are worried about such things, but the ECM does not give out your password to anyone). Safe connect generally works most times, thought you may need to restart the ECM again.

Thanks for the response. The safe mode thing worked. This is an excellent tool, that's for sure.
