www.tinypic.com has good, free image hosting.
just make sure the pics aren't larger than 250KB and they can be as large as you want

I think I saw the pic you tried to upload, it was over 250k so they resized it. You can send me the original jpeg or bmp and I will use photoshop to lower the quality a bit but retain the size. [email protected]

always use evemail or ingame chat when negotiated char sales. that way, if it goes ****-up, CCP pick up the pieces

It's hard to show interest in a character when u need a magnifying glass to sell the damm stats, if u dont know how to host it right, then perhaps you could copy and paste the data from logging into your 'my character' screen.
Starting with attributes etc...
