it looks sooooooo ugly and disrupts alot of things especially the map with all region names on, the big chunky white labels blot out everything.
it also really messes with the chatbox

I don't like the font as it makes the text in chat unreadable unless its at max size and tbh that sucks, please keep the current one CCP :(

The font may work at certain situations (e.g. on a devs huge high rez lcd :p ), but on a good quality 17" CRT the font is just nasty, its a strain on the eyes and difficult to read.
I hope it changes before release.

Hey CCP, here's a simple fix to please all
Add a checkbox (USE NEW FONT)
There done.
Personally, I hate the new one, but since some seem to like it, why not do both?

I really wish the devs would stop changing this stuff seemingly just for the sake of change. Aren't the near universal howls of outrange followed by grudgingly partial rollbacks every patchday enough of a hint? At least let us customise/select fonts. |

Why the heck do you keep messing around with the fonts? Fonts in eve have been awful since release but they just seem to degrade everytime you change em. I despair of ever being called Viqer in game rather than the usual VIGER or VIGOR etc etc.

I like the new font. Also there is an option in the esc menu to vary the width of the font which can make it much easier to read.

Voted TERRIBLE. Why don't they just use comic sans if they really want cheap, amatuerish fonts.
Just because the game is sci fi doesn't mean we need fonts that scream "ooh look its the future and we're in spaceships".

Font is hosed.
The map is so cluttered it is almost unreadable.
Not good for quick checks while traveling.
I would hate to see this in the channels.

[ ] RMR Fugly Font
[ ] Current Exodus font
[x] Castor font! Pre-Exodus! I don't care about other people speaking funny languages kthxbye.

I like the new font but in some areas such as the "your peashooter strikes whatshisface for 2 damage" windows it clumps and is very hard to read, it needs to be spaced out a bit like it is on menus and such then i would completely thumbs up the new font.

Thinking about my peashooter - I think I would prefer a notification with just the number and the quality, eg. "220.7 wrecking", which due to taking only little room on the screen would allow the use of multiple lines dislayed for damage notifications, and that in my opinion would give anyone a better idea of what kind of damage they are doing over time.

I couldnt play more then 15 min on Sisi because of that font. U guys are crazy, if it shows good on ur 19-21 TFT, doesnt mean that on my 17 TFT is gona work. Me eyes bleeds... And why change the font, the current one is perfect?
