i got an idea: it shoud be a working bank in EVE that could arrange loans to players with interests and all and of course a day where the cash shoud be repayed. if the cash wasnt repayed then the bank shoud be able to take equipments and ships to cover the amount of money they had in debt. if the player that was in debt didnt have enough equipment and cash to cover the debt then all the cash he earned shoud go to the bank until the debt was payed.
id really like to have some thoughts about this so dont hesitate to wright

Would be cool to have a bank, but its to easily exploitable. Make alt, take out a billion isk loan, transfer money, delete alt. This idea is STILL workable if some serious planning was done by the devs, but I don't think this is anywhere on the priorities list.

Would if you worked it off a players account rather than their characters

Agreed, this is not the place for new feature suggestions. However no-one is stopping you to make a bank actually.

If you want to lend money to new characters - go ahead.

And then when they don't repay you, you can listen to them laugh because there's no way for you to create an enforceable contract. Even courier missions aren't really enforcable, as you have to collect your damages up front.
We need some way to enter into, and either personally enforce or have enforced by an agency (at least, in empire space).

Akston Ventures, a division of Taggart Transidimensional, Inc. performs banking and investment services to members of TTi and other corporations that have a good relationship with TTi.
I would suggest that you eve-mail Gaelen about a loan, an interest-earning checking account, and the other services Akston Ventures provides.
