The Lost Boys [TINK] and Pegasus Systems [P-SYS] hereby formally announce a mutual merger and the creation of the new corporation Synergy. [S.Y.N]. After a fairly smooth transition period we are now a functioning member of the Imperial Republic of the North <IRON>. Combining the PvP backbone of Pegasus and the industrial stength of The Lost Boys, Synergy has emerged out of the fire of change as a new corporation, greater than the sum of its parts. With the ambition and strength of our combined member base, Synergy will strive to excel in the marketplace and become a recognised power on the battlefield.

Yes we are now one huge corporation with lots of logistics problems and cultural issues. However, unlike some of the mergers I have been involved with in the past this one has been the most orderly and successful. While some members from both sides were originally against this merger it appears that now that it has been done the benefits have outweighed the cons. To those that orchestrated this move I say congratulations on your success and determined work. The logistics were a nightmare for sureà.good job guys.
