If you disable the audio and then enable it again it will clear the problem.

If every asteroid belt in the game simply despawned and no one could mine it would get fixed. If every null sec gate and bridge dissappeared it would get fixed. If probes no longer scanned it would get fixed. If Mission agents refused to hand out missions it would get fixed. Some of us make our isk on cosmos.... why isn't it fixed? Are we not important enough?
