Doing things with game mechanics that they 'didn't make them for' is pretty much one of the best features of Eve...
contract scamming, suicide ganking, awoxing, disbanding alliances for strategic gain, selling wormholes, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc.... |

I don't really understand what you're talking about, someone in a freighter is requesting a duel so that someone can web him to warp faster? |

What makes you think that this is an "exploit?"
Webbing freighters by corpmates has been around forever and has never been determined to be an "exploit."
Webbing freighters by non-corpmates has been around as long or longer, and allowed the pilots to set up a limited engagement timer (even before we knew that it was called a "limited engagement timer") by just can-flipping each other. The timer could then be reset indefinitely by one pilot shooting the other before it expired. That mechanic likewise was never been determined to be an exploit.
The old can flipping limited engagement went away when Crimewatch came in. Dueling just makes it possible (and easier) to do the same thing you used to do by can flipping without the silly cans.
Also, why did you not post this in the thread that was just started yesterday on the topic of dueling, webbing, and freighters . . . ? |

One, I didnt saw the other till now. Second, I think this is something about dueling mechanics that just happen to cover webs and freightters. Third, I didnt saw the other thread. But I ask mostly couse sometimes CCP goes against all logic and maybe this was such a case. |

Duel is the only way you have to agress someone out of your corp inhisec and not getting concordoken in the process |

I guess since it's still possible by now, it's not an exploit.. but it does seem like a somewhat originally unintended effect. I mean a stasis webifier is essentially intended to slow down a ship, not kick start freighter jump drives.. based on module description at least.
I'm thinking they may fix it sometime, but right now it's just clever use of different mechanics. |

No it's not, but okay. I'm pretty sure there's blinky yellows everywhere nowadays that you can aggress without CONCORD ruining your day.
