i hear there ar new ships on test server is there any pic of them.

there is indeed new ships.
Command Ships
Carriers
Recon Ships
Titans
Motherships
Interdictors
might be more (dont recall)
But pictures of actual ships in flight around testserver the answer is no, a DEV said something like "The new items in RMR patch will first be avaliable on testserver when they are avaliable on tranquality" so there none from testserver but the high superpower GM/Admins that can provide such pictures unfortunately

You forgot Elite Barges too... but who cares about them anyway?
You might be lucky enough to see the Devs testing them in the FFA battlegrounds on the test server from time to time. TomB was testing the titan's ability to soak up the damage from about a dozen Dreads a week ago, as well as the ability to obliterate everything in sight from battleship and smaller.
I want to see all these superweapons in action myself, as well as a close look at the Caldari Titan. Just look at the picture icon on the Market... looks like it has a giant corkscrew mounted on the front.

As for the barges, yes I forgot about em, but they are far from done.. I cant imagine CCP releasing "Covetor T2" that doesnt need Barge V, I bet barge users would hate CCP then.
And id like to seee big bad-ass shippos also

Where is that FFA?
Can't remember the system nabe, but it is in syndicate.
Just open the map and set it to show 'ships destroyed' then follow the huge red blob.

ok I read the dev-blog and checked another thread talking about these ships. color me impressed, but for the price of a titan you can make a perm base.
Now I know some corps/alliances need forward control locations to carry forward wars to there enemys and oh my these guys will do that. with the ability to jump ships with it, and the cloneing facillities onboard they are very functional.
Jump the Titan and a few dreads in, bring a fleet with the titan(worm hole) have a moon scanned and ready, throw up a Tower and a few turrets plus a refining station for ice, have a covetor or two on hand to keep feeding the POS ice. A large fleet could lock you down and hurt you but it would be tough.
These ships could alter the way roving 0.0 corps work.
