Yes, this video is only the EVE Never Fades video, but with Chinese captions nicely integrated into it.
Seems there are no new things to see here. I was expecting to get a glimpse of the converted client, or even the new bloodlines. Oh well :\

If you'd read the bad Chinglish on that site, you'd see that they received the video from CCP, so I wouldn't really call it a 'ripoff'.

If you'd checked out his site, you'd see that most of it is a ripoff of the E-O boards, so this shouldn't really be a surprise.
