could someone please give me detailed information on every step for starting a real war. myself and my ceo are not sure on excatly how to do it if we must.

make corp vote
all with shares vote
if vote passes then put vote in effect
24h later you are at war.
ps. dont forget to pay the bill right away.

how long does it take for the vote to close and can you close it early if all votes have been accounted for?

u specifiy how long the vote goes for 1-7 days
No u cant close the vote early the period u specific once that is over all the votes are tallied if its a go u end up with sanctionable action which u can implement within i think 7 days anytime at youre choosing
After that there is another 24 hours before the war begins (both sides are notified gives preparation time)
Pay for war straight away if u want it to continue - war continues until a) u retract it b) u fail to pay the next bill for extension and concord cancels it due to failed payment c) yorue enemy offers to surrender and u accept
If its made mutal by the other side i dont know i think it becomes free until either side surrenders

no if u decide to change allow vote to finish
then dont activate the war cancel the sanctionable action

The other thing is make another vote for the same war just make it 1 day instead of 7 days
