nice basic skills, such as Navigation
 btw, Loki is the basic, and if you can fly Tengu or Legion Links, you will get a higher price.
If you cant fly Tengu or Legion, it is fine.
 I do not want to waste my ISK on irrelevant skill points, such as Gunnery, because I dont want to fit a T2 guns on my Loki.
I have enough ISK

em... I have enough ISK to buy this one, but I will only use this character as a booster, it is a little luxurious.
