I propose that player 'rats are the real carebears of EVE, they avoid Empire space like cowards and run when CONCORD tries to PvE them.  And, CONCORDokken is the only thing that makes EVE interesting and fun, so stop hiding in low sec and come join the party in Empire space.

Sorry, but Im not buying your cheap trick to get me to buy your overpriced HACs. I heard there are lag monsters at every gate in empire, and roleplaying suicide bombers are everywhere. You just want me to go to empire to get caught up in a shopping spree so that you can bathe in my hard earned ISK. Nice try, scumbag!

A little off-color, but the funniest thing I ever heard was a suicide bomber bolting for some barges in Local:
[not outing this guy's alt] > "For Allah!"
The more CCP uses modules to resolve balance issues instead of systemwide rules, the more control CCP will have over how EVE works. CCP, please keep this in mind before swinging the nerfbat. |

if i enter 0.5 on anything less than an insta i die, therefore i am a coward. its like saying unless you put a gun to your head and pull the trigger you are a coward.
put the nirvana records away and smoke less dope, just a suggestion.
there is no spontanoeus pvp in empire, thats why its full of carebears, by my understanding a carebear is someone who avoids pvp with the fanatisism of a 12 year old heavy metal fan, pirates however, by my understanding, altho i could of course be wrong here, entertain PVP with the enthusiasm of a skint madame.
im not picking holes in your post just explaining my comprehension of your choice of words.
by my understanding calling a pirate a carebear is the same as calling a shark a kitten. altho i do know one just like that.... but she prefers a frikking laser beam.

Empire space is where all those big, juicy macro miners are hiding, and all the so called pirates cower in low sec. Come on guys, get with the program, if you're not in empire space, you're not really enjoying EVE to its fullest.

Derovius, why don't you try coming down to low-security space if you're so brave? There are many player pirates who have made runs through high-security space. You claim that we are cowards, and yet you are the one who hides in an NPC corp to avoid wardecs, hides in high-security space to avoid the pirates, and know that the only weapon you have against us (although it is quite an ineffective one) is to sit in a station and troll the forums without any knowledge. Or maybe you are just angry that you got ransomed recently.

The devs have already said that titans are support craft, not dooms day weapons. You'd be better off fighting concord in a dreadnought, for overall damage output.

I take a ship into empire at least once a week and outrun/tank the sentries and navy every time. I'm not even allowed in 0.5 but I have a few laughs running through 1.0 and having the navy turn up behind as I jump out.
It is fun, but not as fun as a fight in lowsec.
