is there a log in server ?
and if there is , is it working ?
i lagged out just as i was about to jump to another system , i am now unable to get back on , ive reinstalled eve , checked my pc over and my i - net connection all i keep getting is a black screen when i launch eve , any ideas ?

Sounds like your what we like to call "stuck" :). You need to figure out what gate it was and petetion the GM's to move your character. You may have to create an alternate character to petition.

You may have have to defrag and scan **** all your hard drives to log back into eve. Then reinstall your game and downloand any patches you're missing. I had too.

k , i am still unable to connect to eve when i launch from desktop i get the eve cd cover picture then it goes to a black screen i have the login sound but it stays black , my char did crash to windows just as he was about to jump , does this make a difference ?
i cant create a new char to petition the gm's
soany ideas ppl ?

No it does not, I believe something on your video card could of went bad and now it can't handle the game (EVE). I 'ld goto Forum and select: ask a question, GM should email you in 1 to 2 days. Did you defrag and scan disk all your hard drives???

i've solved it , after defraging and scandisk , i discovered my eve file was corupted , so 1 uninstall and a reinstall+ patch problem solved , just hope this doesnt happen everytime it crashes to windows
