It's actually a rule that the seller must pay the transfer cost.

"Specialization" probably got cut-off from the end of the skill name, which is quite normal when the window is as narrow as that. Looks fairly legit to me.

Unless this guy really is dilusional, then his reserve SHOULD be around 3.5 bil. This is obviously a great character so I would doubt that he would make it any lower. Even up to 3.75 or 4 bil would be semi-reasonable for the reserve. But most times with large-ish sums of money, it's best to just post the reserve up front as to not get people to think you're just pull a price out of a hat when you feel that the bids are high enough.

Whoops, didn't see any bids for a few days so I thought nobody wanted him. Reserve was set at 5bil (Worth many times more given the char's track record for winning the bpo lotteries). |
