Ok, this is my third lvl 4 Angel Extravaganza (AE) for a week. Hard Angel ships...
What is the single most common drop? Miner I... WHY? What are a battleship for 1 million using Miner I for? 
(I know the loot tables are too change, but seriously...)
One more thing. The loot in lvl 4 AE is even worse than lvl 3... I got better implants at lvl 3... (but not that much bounties, I know). But for the difficulty level should in itself render higher rewards.
Dont just fix the battleship loot tables, look at the whole mission. Please?

Was it in a high sec area? Could have been the newbie Angle members using BSs with miner Is to harvest Vesp. Those wacky newbies.
On a serious note, I haven't seen an implant in a level 3 mission in a long time (not counting the junk implants that AE gives at the end). So, not quite sure what you are talking about.
P.S they are fixing NPC loot tables, read the dev blogs every once in a while.

Actually, what I meant was that the implant is the same of worse as the lvl 3 AE mission.

A lot of people refer to cheap hardwireing plugins as implants
on every lv3 extravaganza theres a hardwiring in the last stage.

I got a low grade snake implant on a lv3 'gone berserk' mission last night 
I was very happy to say the least, considering it was off a 100k max rat (cant remember which but nothing over that was there)
Oh and on another note, one of my missions also had almost every 2nd rat dropping a damned miner 1 aswell.

But still... I got eight (8) Miner I's at the Angel Extravaganza last night. And it was only the first 2 levels. (I gave up and went to bed after nr. 3). :)
I am just surprised nobody else have reacted... How long has the lvl 4 missions existed?

I did a lvl 3 AE a week ago and picked up 6 miner I's.. I found it to be an omen as soon after my ship went boom. I got the hint and got mining :D

All loot is good, its the source of most low end mins for the smaller corps and yieldsa some of the nicer high end stuff as well

I think you're forgetting most level 4 runners don't collect loot unless it's from a named. They just runa nd gun through them as fast as they possibly can for bounties and rewards/bonuses.

Actually
4 was from battleships (300 K+)like Gistum Commander, War General or so
4 came from 100 K+ ships like Wing Commander, etc.
But, yes, after the loot table refix, it might be useful to loot again...
