What's the status on level 3 agents ? I heard on this forum and in game that they are not giving any referals, either to level 4 or even to level 3 or below.
Is it true, or is it a rumor ?
If I want to build my network and get more level 3, should I do missions with my level 3 or with my level 2 ?

mixed experiences. I had a poor lvl 3 agent that i'd done somewhere in the mid 60's missions for, and got a few lvl 2 agents in other corps. Finally I got an awesome lvl 3 agent in the same corp. I moved to her, have thus completed 88 missions for her, and yet to get any referrals at all. My rating towards the corp is 6.00 (2x lvl 3 agent) and a 5.4 towards the faction. I've got no idea what the problem is.

I have a awesome agent lv 3 (+19 + 10) and corp facton at 5.98.
I have done 108 missions all but 1 is completed (lost it due to stuck at a gate  )
not ever a single referal from this guy.
I would like to know if it is because i got this guy pre-agent sec stat nerf and now i don't really have what he wants? or if this is normal ?
also any reports if todays patch fixed the agents not giveing time bonus or other bonus's?

Yep, Timebonuses now work - got 200k for famine relief from my lvl 3 agent tonight :)

Still no referrals from level 3 agents as far as I can tell.

As I understand it.. it's because the lvl4 agents aren't yet active. 
but I'd like to know for sure if this is true or not.. I'm not sure..
And for those who want a network of agents.. i recomend doing extra jobs for the lvl2 agent.. or/and raise your social lvl to 5. this will increase your chance of getting a random agent when docing in stations...
