Character must be crossed trained in all 4 races
Must have Fantastic skills in
 Electronics - All basic core skills at 5 with support skills if possible and adv at lvl 4
Engineering - All basic core skills at 5 with support skills if possible and adv at lvl 4
Gunnery - All basic core skills at 5 with support skills if possible and adv at lvl 4
Mechanics - All basic core skills at 5 with support skills if possible and adv at lvl 4
Missile Launcher Operation - All basic core skills at 5 with support skills if possible and adv at lvl 4
Navigation - All basic core skills at 5 with support skills if possible and adv at lvl 4
Science - Only science and cybernetics at 5 needed (character would be nice with a set of +5's implanted)
Spaceship command - All race, Frigates,Cruisers,Battlecruisers, Battleships, and strategic cruiser at 5
Subsystems - All race Strategic cruisers at 5 (All 20 please)
Desirable skills to have
Leadership - Maxed out
Socail Skills - Maxed out
SKILL I DO NOT WANT
No wasted SP
No Indy skills
No research skills
willing to pay 28 bill for the right character

The kinda toon im looking for, but she has -10 sec status and thats a big turn off for me, if you could sort it out then i would re-consider 8)

no thank you not what im looking for and 1 bill over my budget
Come on guys there got to be some great toons out there
theres only 1 that im considering at the moment and ive sent a mail directly to that person
i finish work at 18:00 eve time today so hopefully i will be able to use my 28 bill isk |
