[1] I know how to adjust the camera zoom level ingame, however, everytime you jump or dock it reverts back to the default zoom. Is there anyway to keep your camera setting? Thanks for any info. |

[3] When I first started the game, it used to be that way. Somewhere along the way (one of the Revelations patches I think) they changed it, and I have no idea how to lock it back. I don't want to tell you how many times the "resetting camera" has gotten me killed. A: Being chased, jump, either spend 5-10 secs getting the camera back to the point where I have tactical presence(I fly with the camera 50K + away from the ship, and it resetting to 0 blinds me), and make a choice - but allow the enemy that time to catch up to you and set up for a tackle. B: jump, select random spot to warp to and - flip a coin as to wheter my align brings me into tackle range. Oh, and realize you're screwed as you zoom out while aligning. Let's not get into the graphics lag caused by the zoom in and zoom out stuff. B: |

[4] Easy way around it - Hold down the right mouse button.. drag it away from where you are looking at (you'll notice you'll start to move your camera center away from your ship) - when you want to zoom in ... hold down the left mouse button (keep that right mouse button held down) - and move the mouse up and down to get the desired zoom... cheers ---------------------------------------------- |

[5] Heh? How can turning and zooming out take more than a second? |

[6] The camera resetting after each jump is a pain. I asked about this in the help channel and never got an answer. I've searched everywhere for a way to set the default distance without any luck. Hopefully this threads gets some more love. |

[7] Before revelations went live, your camera used to only reset when exiting a station. After Revelations (aka Kali) went live, the camera started resetting after every 'session change'. This is something that has been bothering a lot of people, and there is no way to change it. |

[8] The camera resetting after each jump is one of the many annoying things about Eve that could be easily corrected but is seemingly ignored patch after patch after patch. |
