So question. .. .
All these new ships, they're all T2, right? so will there be a limited number of BPO's of all of them? Is there going to be like one guy who can produce, say, Gallente titans? or Amarr force recon ships? If so. . that seems not good.

No, not all the new ships are T2... Motherships, carriers and titans are T1. Interdictors, force recon, combat recon and both elite battlecruisers (2 per race) are T2.

Tech 2 blueprints are released by something that resembles a raffle system, with research agents giving you a number of raffle tickets per day, indefinitely, based on standing, level, and skills.
When CCP releases a BPO, all raffle tickets (research points) in that field are checked. The player who claims their BPO is relieved of all RP with that agent.
We know that CCP currently releases 20 BPOs per T2 ship. Module numbers are unknown.
And Ortu, you forgot the three T2 barges.

this may be getting off topic, but how do you get standing with research agents, then? just do missions with normal agents or what?

all they require is a certain standing with thier faction and corp, so you can just do missions for another agent in that same corp. so far i believe there are 20 bpos of each t2 item in the game. so its not just one guy producing stuff. but youll still have to be very lucky to get one, and if you do you will be rich.
