(1) With the changes to ice, nullsec now provides a significant percentage of the ice needed by pilots within the game. However this increase in demand and subsequent increase in production (mining) of the ice out of nullsec means a heavier reliance on rorqual compression.
Ice bpos were not modified in Odyssey, so that although it is quite easy for a fleet of miners to strip a nullsec site of more than 5000 blocks of ice within an hour, if a single rorqual pilot is using compression bpos that can finish a run in 39 seconds, using all four rorqual lines non-stop would take the pilot 13 hours, 32 minutes and 30 seconds to compress all 5000 blocks.
As is clear, ice compression bpos need buffed now that there is a heavier reliance on them by the game as a whole. My suggestion would be to change the required materials from 1 block to 10 blocks, and the output volume from 100cm to 1000cm; this means that it will take 39 seconds to compress 10 blocks from a volume of 10,000cm to 1,000cm.
(2) It is long past time for there to be the abilty to sort bpcs in a hangar/can/window by their attributes (ME, PE, runs) much in the same way that one can add columns to the window to sort items by their meta levels.

Actually you're going to have to do a bit more justifying as to why you want massive buffs to ice compression, just saying "as is clear" doesn't cut it. Why shouldn't it take time to compress them? |

CCP intentionally did not change the rorqual ice and mineral compression times. They wish for you to sell some of your ice on the market locally. This. Whilst it would help me personally if your proposed change came about it would mean that it would be too easy to compress and transport ice from null to high sec. The main purpose of moving some of the ice out to null was to make null a bit more self reliant. Making it overly easy to move ice from null to high discourages the trading of POS fuel products in null and we have the same situation we had before where most POS products were bought in high and transported to null. |

Except that while nullsec cant be self-sufficient, high-sec still needs the liquid ozone from null. |

You mean sell ice products locally, and while there may indeed be a market for isotopes in nullsec, the glut of liquid ozone and heavy water is more dispensable and useful in HS where the shortage of those things are. There's a reason Compressed Dark Glitter is filling up Jita. |

Ore (not mineral) compression times are fine (although I wouldn't mind being able to compress minerals). Although overall demand for ice may not have gone up as much as speculated, the reduction in availability did increase demand some and although Spodumain was buffed so that tritanium/pyerite don't need to be hauled into nullsec as much as before, the logistics burden for ice is still in place.
Excess ice mined before Odyssey had to be hauled to HS and excess ice after Odyssey still has that need. Can you really say the demand for ice products in nullsec has increased? No. So the compression burden for ice could be reduced some. |

jc timer just needs to be redone to be like 23 hours, no skill needed if done right. the current 24 hour time is kind off so its actually like 25 hours to actually jc again. 23 would have it so if you jc'd at 0739 on monday you can jc again 0739 on tuesday. Currently that tuesday jc won't happen till 0839 iirc.
the day in the clone otherwise is a fair tradeoff for jc use imo.

Yeah. It's also one of the few personal/character-related things in-game unaffected by any sort of skill. |

I concur with the need for Ice compression changes. I'd be fine if it was 10 ice per run, compressed to 1000m-¦, and you could keep the compression time per run the same, or maybe even move it up to a minute or two per run. |

The ice compression BPOs should be changed to take 20 blocks of ice and produce 20 compressed blocks of ice.
This would more closely match the compression available with ore. 500 units of Mercoxite (20,000 m3) compresses into 1 compressed block of Mercoxite (1000 m3).
The current time penalty for ice compression makes no sense. |

This is an oversight that came with Odyssey and they should address it soon. |
