This may look a bit obvious answer to a question, but hear me out.
What is a currency?
Currency is something of a value. Am I right?
Well, to me a beer has a value. I'm sure you all agree.
Am I allowed to buy a gallon of beer for 100m?
Let's go with an example:
I'm at a party.
A dude walks up to me.
We start chatting.
The other dude talks about Eve.
I respond as I do play Eve.
He has this epic deal of beer from his father and he needs to get rid of some of the beer.
He offers me a gallon per 100m.
Am I allowed to accept this deal? I mean, if I buy a rorq from a buddy in wh space, he is free to cancel the deal and taking the isk. Kicking me out of corp for the laughter. The same applies in this example above, right?
I mean, the main idea is to stop corporations to access business to a mmo game. This isn't a businesses. This is a deal between friends.

Well.... He could donate you beer and then you donate isk.... there is no buying or selling here ^_^

I once traded an Advanced Dungeons & Dragons Rod of Wonder (imaginary game item) for a wooden cigarette case (RL item). The concept kind of boggled my mind at the time. |

You can shove RL cash into the system via PLEX, but you can not get it out in exchange for 3rd party services.
The only borderline acceptable way to "cash out" would be to order physical goods from the EVE shop for which PLEX is an accepted payment method (not many of those) and then after you get them, resell them as "second hand goods" for cash.
But that's pretty convoluted and not exactly efficient.

CCP says no, they won't allow it.
You could do it anyway, but you risk getting banned (and also whoever sold you the beer risks getting a negative ISK wallet balance).
Granted, the risk is probably acceptable in some people's viewpoints for a one-time deal between RL acquaintances, but if you make a habit out of it and expand it to less friendly people, the behaviour patterns will start raising alarm flags, and you'll get banned sooner or later.
That being said, that's some fairly cheap beer (~9 mil ISK or ~0.3 USD per 330ml beer bottle equivalent)
