those Piratical acts you speak of was done against the Serpentis patrol by the Xelas alliance and they responded to those acts of piracy with deadly force with the aid of the Celestial Apocalypse pilots.
so it seems that the true pirats in the fountain area are indeed Xelas alliance and those who voice their support for Xelas Alliance.
i commend the swift justice that Captain Daime and his patrol took against the criminals.

We've already fought for it, on the contrary, it would now seem that it is you and the Serpentis that need to fight. Thank you for your honorable statement. If you so desire, open up communications in order to be granted the ability to leave the Fountain Region while still somewhat intact. I make this offer in honor of your former friendship with our brothers in arms, the mighty Reikoku Corporation.
As stated, when and if we determine a credible threat exists, it will be addressed appropriately.
As a sidenote, I am personally perplexed at the thought of CELES allying itself with such a rabble as Sarpati and crew. I can only assume that in light of this event, that all claims by the many who cried out that CELES were pirates are in fact true, despite your stated anti-pirate sentiments throughout history.
Has your thirst for blood grown to such an extent, that you feel the need to ruin your heritage?
Or is it simply that CELES has such dislike for that which is obviously stronger? Jealousy perhaps?
Or is it that you have bent yourselves into such a postition due to the promise of technology from the Serpentis, that is otherwise unobtainable for you?
No matter really, we have long memories. Perhaps you should head to the safety of Empire space while you still can.

I look forward to our test of strength, I believe that those who claim a region should work for it to show they are worthy, those who cannot maintain an iron grip on their region weren't meant to have one in the first place.
A question everyone who is about to face BoB should ask themselves is whether they have the stomach for battle. I heard some people find war a messy business while we are at our best when we are outnumbered and outgunned.

Out of pure curiosity how do you find it possible to 'control' any area of space when your small corporation of CELES does not meet the rules for sovreignity layed out by the Jovian Directorate over a year ago. Is this 'control' that you speak of indicating you plan on actually joining serpentis corporation? As an established corporation in the fountain region for years before the Band of Brothers took control they and they alone would have the right to claim 'control' as a sovreign entity.
It is further worth mentioning that the Core Systems of Fountain (where the Jovian Directorate incorrectly still indicates Serpentis Corporation Sovreign Space) has not changed status in many many moons, further disputing this 'control' that the CELES Corporation so laughably speaks of.

Celestial Apocalypse do not lay claim to the Fountain region, such a claim would be fruitless and could and would lead to uncontrolled sectors within the region.
By controlling the main core areas we are as a group disturbing and stopping all activities by Xelas pilots who are aiding BoB in claiming the Fountain region.
Our work is two fold, firstly as mentioned the Xelas pilots are unable to carry out their daily business and secondly while they spend all their time docked, they are spending BoB's income on Serpentis beverages within the seedy station taverns.

As for the flying alongside the Serpentis Corporation, who over the years have destroyed in cold blood countless travellers and miners alike then I can say that we have as a corporation detroyed multi Serpentis fleets in the same manner.
Mothers, fathers, sons and daughters have all died in the various conflicts, however; today is a new day and with it comes a new allegence between two who have seen more bloodshed than most.
A new strength will be born. A strength that is already overpowering your friends in the region, we are united and will strive to clear the region and await for your return.

EVOLUTION OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION.
Evolution does not recognise the claim of the Serpentis Corporation to Fountain region. We can only assume that Jovian attention is focused elsewhere. You have long given up any rights you had over our space by virtue of your feeble defenses. Defenses which are only surpassed in their pitifulness by the child-like antics of Celestial Apocalypse.
To quote an ancient saying, "They have the courage of the thief who raids the orchard and then flees when the farmer comes to protect his crop". Any "assistance" they might offer the Serpentis will only serve to dilute the pirates' already diminished powers. Celestial Apocalypse are a fickle infant not to be depended upon.
Evolution and its brothren will act to lend their whole strength to assist their guests in the Xelas alliance, should that be asked for. However, at this time we judge them more than capable of dealing with a few children and some has-been pirates with delusions of recapturing former glories.
Further more, Evolution warns all pod pilots of the dangers of nailing your colours to the standard of the Serpentis. They are a spent force in this galaxy, and they and all who stand with them shall be utterly destroyed.

We are unsure of Xelas's commitment to you, however; they are truly not worthy of flying through Fountain Space.
Should Band of Brothers decide to return to the area, your numbers are currently greater than ours and that is to your advantage, that though does not bother the fine pilots with Celestial Apocalypses.
Why now?
Answer this... when did Evolution decide to start what it was doing... when it was united with other major forces within the Universe. Things come and go, every day new beginnings are upon us.

CELES corporation has as being 'Anti-Pirate' Even just a few weeks ago a CELES Spokesman indicated to the Interstellar Community that their membership in the 'Vertigo Coalition' was being terminated due the reasoning they wanted to get back to their roots, which is pirate hunting
that is wrong.. no celes leader said that was the reason we left VC... think everyone knows the reason we left VC. we said we were going back to our antipirate roots maybe 6 months ago, but t didnt work out.
It is also impossible for ur XELAS friends to protect Fountain space when they never undock .
