So for example, a T2 adaptive gives (20)*(1.05*5)=25% with maxed skills.
Ad an inactive invulnerability gives 3*5=15% when turned off, unless its been changed since i last tested :) ------------- Where are the named 800mm Plates and Mega Ions, CCP?

I assume these are half-placeholder skill descriptions and they haven't finished updating them from mechanic or whatever they copy/pasted it from originally.

Aye; these skills increase the amount of resistance for passive/active hardeners by varying amount, depending on exact kind of hardener. This effect is applied to passive harderners at all times, and to active hardeners while they are turned off.
There's matching skills for increasing resistances of shield hardeners too, they work in the same manner.

As with all other Warfare Link Modules, the Mining Foreman modules have a Leadership skill, which specifically increases yield by 5% per level, iirc.

From what I understand, there's two leadership skills for mining. One is Mining Foreman (Rank 2) and the other is Mining Foreman Specialist (Rank 5). This would be in keeping with the other leadership skills... the Rank 2 skill gives a bonus per level without the need of gang modules, and the Rank 5 skill increases the power of the gang modules' effects, but I have no info on what the Mining Foreman skill gives a bonus to. If it's like the others, it's probably a 2% bonus to mining laser yield per level.
The modules, from what I'm told is Crystal Optimization, Drone Gathering, and Ice Harvesting (not sure about the names). I'm not sure what any of these do though. Drone Gathering and Ice Harvesting seem pretty straight forward. Crystal Optimization is a little trickier and might refer to actual mining crystals, or it might just be a flashy name for additional yield to all mining lasers.
I only heard all this through the grapevine and got no information on any of the stats.
Since the game features says there's four skills, I have no idea what the other two are But since I'd think three separate skills that increase mining laser yield would be excessive, it's probably something for using the mining booster modules. In which case, it'll probably lower the CPU usage or something like that. Don't know... pure speculation here. -----------------------------------------------

Im guessing the Exhumer (formerly known as elite mining barges) are one .. They are on SiSi now, and seems to be finalized.
If you have Barge V, you're golden, and the largest T2 barge only needs lvl III. This skills increases stripminer yield by 3% pr. level.
No other mining related skills or modules are on SiSi as of last night, i'm still looking forward to the mining leadership skills and modules.

Good to see more industrial skills coming in - would especially love it if advanced mass production was added... although that may be less important if there's no wasted factory time with rented factories sitting idle.

Then there's also the skill for the Clone Vat Bay thing (forgot the name), but that one requires Science 5 and Biology 5, is rank 8 IIRC and allows +5 clones stored in the Clone Vat per lvl.

Advanced Mass Production IS in (R8), as well as Advanced Lab Ops (R8 also).
You can max out at 11 labs/factories now .. sweeeeet

Except that that link will include all the skills in the database - including a LOT that were put in but never got onto the market.

Cloning Facility Operation Rank 10, Intelligence, Memory Science 5, Biology 5 Needed for use of the Clone Vat Bay module. Special: Increases a Clone Vat Bay's maximum capacity by 5 clones per skill level.

I can say that this particular skill is in the game, I have it on my "hauling alt", you have to choose wisely (trading char, can't remember the exact way right now) during character creation to get it (not on the Markets, tough, nor as rewards from agents).
