Salutations,
Looking for one of the following PvE toons. I don't really bother if they have SP scattered everywhere as soon as it doesn't raise your ballpark and of course they fill one of the following terms...
 1) PERFECT Tengu Pilot
 Very good/Perfect Missile Skills
Decent Shield & Cap Skills
All Subs at IV or V
2) Ishtar Pilot
Very good/Perfect Drone Skills
Decent Shield & Cap Skills
Able to use Senties
Preferably Electronics & Energy Grid Upgrades to a decent lvl
Even if you have something close to the above do not hesitate to link
Budget is ~10 Bill, show me what you got
