The meaning of "don't disagree with me" is entirely dependant on the situation, hence the silliness of you objecting to it's use without understanding the situation first. Eye was not presenting an opinion, he was presenting fact. He was in command of the MC fleet during the incident in question, and his account of events was fair and accurate. M-Corp even accepted his account of events.
If he had posted "OMG, M-Corp outnumbered us 4:1. You are all lying blobbing eejits" then you may have some reason to object to "don't disagree with me". However, he actually said "Yes, we outnumbered you in BSs; but we were tired, on our way home, and didn't fancy a close fight with a support heavy fleet so we moved back to empire and logged.". That is hardly bragging, and in fact contains very little that anyone could disagree with. Saying "Don't disagree with me" was therefore fairly justified. What are people going disagree with? That a euro-heavy force who had been hunting for over 4 hrs were tired at midnight?

Rule #1 in a sucessful argument is the understanding that you might always be wrong. Saying dont disagree with me totally disregards that hence my objection to its use.
We are not in some kind of highly formalised polite debating club here. Eyeshadow is not obliged to acknowledge the existence of logically flawed and incorrect refutations of his post. Suggesting that he should treat these arguments as any other is asking him to take politeness to a ridiculous extreme.
Honestly, stop objecting for the sake of it. It's pointless
