 I whould love to see any of the bit pie rat groups try and bring a dread to a gate camp. Have A Few Ships
Boosting it and let the Ownage begin . What Do you Thing.

I think it would be unable to lock all but the slowest ships in Eve before they had made it to the gate.

if it was boosted by a couple of scorps, it would work well.

There has been a single-drad a camp down in Curse by [5], it manage to 1-shot one hac of ours exiting the gate.
It was ofc boosted by bb's to get lockspeed.
Never heard of a similar thing after that, especially when it became clear that they die only too easily.

i once saw a drad camping in Doril Naglfar to be exact i think it was from red alliance.

only viable gatecampper Dred is:
A) Phoinix, as it can hit well on webbed BS targets in siege mode.
B) Moros, that, after RMR, can push out ~5000 DPS with drones, and being in siege mode dont screw up the tracking.
i whuld propose moros, due the sheer fackt that after RMR hits, moros > all when it come so 40km fighting range. (maybe carriers will be able to outdamage it.. maybe)
The thing is, there is no point using relevation or nafglar snipping cause they hit like a girls without siege, and dont hit a floow when they fall in siege.

Hmmmm, has any billionair pilots, I mean pirates camp low secs with dreads and warp bubbles before? I wonder how long can they tank sentries?

Can't deploy bubbles in low sec, and camping with a dread would be pointless and maybe even very expensive.

Well you would need to be boosted and don't think you can once in siege mode, if your not in siege mode you would do **** all damage and prob do more damage in a BS

Someone was spamming Inoue local a few days ago *****ing that HUFF was camping Erila with a Dread and they were trying to get a 'big force' to go kill it.
I logged off shortly afterwards, but I couldn't help but wonder if it was just an alt's plot to get idiot kills, since there's a few good reasons why you wouldn't find a Dread gate camping in 0.4 space.

Really? A dread can't do that?
I have seen about 10e+3 threads complaining about the inexistant EW-invulnerability of dreads. If it's already fixed, that's a new (and fresh) one.
Also, if a lucky tempest can 1-volley a cruiser, I more than expect a dread to one-volley a HAC (especially vs a hac that doesn't have the correct natural resistances).

Dreads in my experience, from flying one, doesent really do *that* much damage unsiegemoded... plus its tracking makes it unable to hit the broadside of a barn 
Plus you would look mighty stupid getting caught pants down in a dread on a gate
Tempest > Revelation for gatecamping...

hmm since you cant boost a dread in seige mode couldet you go the other way around ? like having your tacklers using multiple webbers to immobilize the target and have scorps target paint the target to hell 
Unsuspecting target "wtf why arent they shoot but only tackle me [dread targets] uh uh" kaboom ?
