Manticore
Need a good setup to solo in this ship and some good tactics
I am looking to hunt PC rats in low sec Empire systems 0.1 - 0.4 where these people camp complex's and hunt miners.

Until RMR is released, there is little point in fitting a cloaking device if you are just planning on killing NPCs due to the recalibration time.
The set up I use in my Manticore (PvP not NPC) is as follows:
Highslots
1 x Improved Cloaking Device (duh!)
3 x Malkuth Cruise Launchers
1 x Empty slot (can't find anything remotely useful)
Midslots
1 x F-90 Sensor Booster
1 x Passive Targetter
2 x Low Frequncy Sensor Suppressor
Lowslots
1 x MAPC
1 x Nanofiber
CPU and Powergrid will be very tight with this setup, so you will need Covert Ops 4 and Weapons Upgrades to at least 4 to squeeze it all in, hence the named modules as opposed to Tech II.

Malkuth siege = lowest cpu
Malkuth cruise doesnt have lowest cpu :) Arbalests have i think, and couple of others.
Manticore is tight on everything. Id rather wait on RMR and the boost they are getting. Useless atm.
