Looking to dabble in some faction warfare, and planning to do so in a Condor/Corax, but I am willing to look at other specs as well.
The character must have strong support skills, specifically the following to at LEAST 4:
Electronics
Engineering
Weapon upgrades (V)
Electronic upgrades
Enery grid upgrades
Shield upgrades
Advanced weapon upgrades
Energy management
Energy systems operation
Warp drive operation
Fuel conservation
High speed maneuvering
Propulsion jamming
Electronic warfare
Target painting
Signature focusing
Long distance jamming
Weapon disruption
Acceleration control
Evasive maneuvering
Spaceship command
Navigation
Mechanics
Hull upgrades
Shield management
Shield operation
Tactical shield manipulation
Thermodynamics
Signature analysis
In addition, you need to have a specialized frigate/destroyer, with related skills. (Minmatar with gunnery, Caldari with missiles/rockets, etc.) Some riggings to 4 would be very nice as well.
A character such as this will likely have around 9-12 million SP, and that is about the range I am looking for. With the above skills at level 4, plus the specialized ship and weapon skills at 4 (unless 5s are required for advancement) the SP total is around 7.5 mil, but I know I wont find exactly this, and will tolerate SP outside of it unless it is wasted in mining or something.
Sec status positive, or at least close to neutral, no kill rights, no empire standings below -5, etc. |

A lot of the skills that I want to level 4 or 5 are not at that level, and I see that that a very large chunk of your SP is in ships. I will keep it in mind, but it really isnt what I am after, I am afraid. |

Sorry, not what I am looking for. Your support skills are mostly there, but you have no weapon skills. It would take me a month or more to get that char to what I need. |

Hmmm... I will be honest with you, I dont think I can do 5.5 for the character. Solid base for a skill set, but at less than 12 million SP, it is a bit high. I could do like, 4.5. That is 375 million ISK per million SP. Most people are pulling down about 2100 SP an hour with an even stat spread and +3 implants, which is about 1.5 million SP a month, so that is 562.5 million per month. I know you have to pay the transfer fee, but your character doesnt have an even stat spread, nor only +3 implants, and most people are using cheaper solutions/the free 21 day trial to reduce costs, etc.

Hey, no worries.
I understand.
The character does have 2 remaps and is using a set of standard +4 implants atm. |
