But before that, they will add a nice modification to the Covert Cynosural Field Generator I icon that makes it different from the normal one. Yeah, come on guys, it's probably not that difficult. Pretty please? I will love you long time. (And no, I have not lost anything to pushing the wrong button yet so I don't have a lossmail to link. If I could I would so you all could laugh.) Is it Hotdrop O'Clock yet?

Please whip your art monkeys and at least add a lil' blue tint to one of them. People do fly with both types of cyno onboard and it would prevent fatal work accidents the same way putting "warning: will melt your eyeballs, don't look into it" on a laser device does. Especially now that we have portable Jam-o-matic 3000 Cynojammers scheduled for production. Is it Hotdrop O'Clock yet?

Trii Seo Sabotage Incorporated Executive Outcomes 150	Posted - 2013.10.01 17:43:00 - [11] - Quote Well it really doesn't matter, I suspect CCP has a big UI redesign on the table anyway (going by the Fanfest concept vids - some of those HUDs looked nothing short of amazing compared to space excel) and is hesitant to poke the existing one with a stick due to the upcoming rework. That said, it's probably not scheduled for Rubicon or the Summer expansion - and that's plenty of time for many, many Cynosural Field Generator I and Covert Cynosural Field Generator I users to die horribly due to work accidents involving said modules. (And this is why insurance on recon ships is so bad - no insurance agent is willing to put money on a ship that may explode due to its pilot pressing the wrong button). To put it in a suitable equivalent example, imagine you're working at a nuclear missile silo. You are equipped with two buttons: one fires ze missilez, the other explodes your ass. When the time comes, you're supposed to fire ze missiles - but sadly, some government-issue mutton ordered the buttons to be exactly the same in shape and colour. The only difference is a small label that appears after you look at the button for a while - which isn't exactly something you're focused on when **** hits the fan and you need to fire ze damn missilez. Also replacing those is probably a 20 minute job in whatever graphics design suite CCP uses. I mean, just crank up the blue channel and call it a day if you're replacing it at some point - it may look crap, but at least it'll save lives. Is it Hotdrop O'Clock yet? Covert pilots unite! So a easy way to tell "Cyno" from "Covert Cyno" would be nice to see, and i don't think it would take too much time to change 1 icon.

It also seems they do have a revamp coming up.
