Oh, I have plans. Soon as I can be bothered to, I'm moving my ice mining kit.
Not like I ever mine ice for profit anyway. Even veldspar's worth more. Only mine the stuff for alliance PoS fuel anyway. |

If veldspar is worth more why not mine veldspar, sell veldspar and then buy a greater amount of ice products than you would have gotten from mining it directly?
Why is this so difficult for so many people?
I won't even get started on choosing another type of activity, if you enjoy mining but at least do the most profitable venture you can with your skills, don't relegate yourself to grunt work. You can do slightly more profitable grunt work and then buy the stuff from the less profitable grunts mining ice with your more profitable stuff.

YOU are obviously missing SOMETHING that makes this assumption fail.
it could possibly be:
not @ his local market
or
his time traveling to sell the veld + return with ice isnt worth i
or
he has both belts easily available in 1 system, factor the time saved doing it himself
or
he has no JF or Freighter
or
its too dangerous to travel to sell his loot
or
blah
blah
blah
moar assumptions plz, i love reading them.

- Unlikely a major problem in comparison to the profit difference

- Veld was just an example how about do something really productive, like not mine?

- There are corps that haul for you for decent prices.

Why 12/18... I started playing BF3 last night and if I keep enjoying it I may let my accounts unsub, and then pick up The elder scrolls, the new assassins creed and just say screw eve its so hard to let years of skillpoints go though...  |
