Can we place Command Centers on planets in 0.0 player sovereignty space that isn't ours? |

this is news to me. not saying you're wrong but i always thought the only downside of doing PI in hostile space are high POCO taxes.

You can continue to access extant command centers, and place/remove/whatever on-planet infrastructure, but not place command centers.
It's a pain for renters and people who are squatting in blue territory.
