Recon V
Caldari Cruiser V
Will pay extra for other Cruiser V skills, but caldari is must have
Will also pay more depending on the quality of its training.
Other valued skills, Logistics V, Scanning Skills, Virtue Implant Set, etc. Typical alt stuff
No lowballs from me, just good offers if you match what i'm looking for
6m SP minimum (basic falcon) up to about 30m SP (maxed 4 cruisers etc)
Budget flexible |

Cloaking 5 is utterly wasted on a recon focused toon, as is Electronics Superiority Rigging 5.

Cloaking V is to decrease the 10s locking penalty after decloaking (-1sec per level).
Only BLOPS and Covert OPs get it reduced to 5 by the ship bonus, not recons unfortunately
ES Rigging V (from IV) is simply 1% more Shield
As I stated, I'm more than willing to pay for these skills maxed out. "Maxed Out" being the operative word
Also perfectly happy to take a pilot without these two skills at V, as they make only very minor differences |

As they make only very minor diffferences, I do think it is a waste. :)
