You browsed the forums a alot, lets be honest how many have you seen that can build titans? On top of that how many have you seen who can upgrade null sec stations to the max? The answer to both the above is 0, this is a rare toon and 12bil is a steal, if i dont sell it 3 days before the account runs out i'll take it off the market for another months training :p

I just cant go that high, I think its a fair offer and you don't. I will have to bow out now though, unlike you I need a toon fast. I wish you good luck.

However good luck in your hunt for a good indy toon.
