Tonight whilst running around Great wildlands looking for some npcs I entered a system where maybe 1-2 other people were npcing, this system also had a boatload of belts. After running into a person who was going down the belts while I was running up the belt list, we both noticed that there almost no npcs. We found maybe a cruiser spawn which we quickly dispatched. Upon warping into a belt I noticed that there was a dual bs spawn off the grid, but can't seem to locate them, even though they are on scanner. Any ideas on whats going on?

this happens quite often down south...there were even rats at the a station...explain that one....but they're half way between the belts.....just gotta wait for them to warp

I noticed this up north. There's one system where the rats often are about 700,000km from the sun but impossible to get to.
