Can fly:
Fenrir (Freighter IV)
Prowler (has skills for covops cloak)
Skillbook is injected for Caldari Freighter, so if you wanted to go the Charon route, you won't need Advanced Spaceship Command V.
Highlights:
LG Nomad implants (all except Epsilon) plus WS-615 (5% Warp Speed) and EM-705 (5% Agility). These make for an incredibly snappy Prowler.
2 neural remaps
Located in Jita, positive wallet, neutral standings, etc
Looking to get possible 3b b/o, though I'm quite flexible on this, so feel free to make offers.
