All the time in ship rebalancing there is the removal of utility slots on ships, they end up either having none at all or just one, sadly for certain lifestyles this causes issues. I guess being one of the small do what you want types outside of the herd is not important to CCP, but sadly some of us are struggling with the changes, for example I was using the Munin as an effective belt ratter in systems which are not used by the sov holder, as a result I had a cloak, a salvager and the weapons, plus cans placed in system, a POS is out for obvious reasons.
My choice of ships for this is now very very limited and I will lose the Munin as its losing a utility high, is there any chance of a cruiser sized maurader, so I could have a cloak, slavager and tractor beam which can crash gates?
If you do not want LOCAL go to WH space, its as simple as that!-á-á-á-á-á-á-á There are people who think that WH space is like 0.0 but without local, well they should light a cyno and try jumping to it. |

Check out the proposed changes to the Ishtar. 3 high slots with no bonus to any kind of turrets or missiles. Pretty much 3 utility highs.

It does not quite work for me because the unbonused guns add to the DPS pot so to speak, furthermore my own drone skills are sub-optimal, good but not maxed, I will have a look at it, still need Gallente cruiser 5 but its not that far down my skill plan so its an option.
Still think a cruiser sized maurauder would be good...

Drone Proteus (still) has utility highs, and with the Emergent Locus Analyzer you even get 20% bonus to range and velocity of tractor beams per level. You can even fit a Nullifier on it to achieve bubble immunity, this comes at the cost of one slot less than the other propulsion subsystems.

Proteus will be an option later, however even my request for a cruiser sized marauder is actually not going to work, a Munin was actually at the top end in terms of making people not bother to keep camping you, so a Proteus and my Maurader suggestion would be too good a kill to give up on, I guess at this point its accept a lower DPS by dropping a gun, this is the issue as you cannot re-fit for salvage or change ships as a base of operations such as a POS or station is not possible, I guess that means I will have to join a 0.0 corp/alliance, nothing else for it.

I love my mini marauder Proteus.
700 DPS, most with bonused ranged Garde's, and 48 km tractors.
Sadly, that boat is scheduled for the slaughterhouse, once Kil2 is done "rebalancing" the HAC's.

Oh thank you very much, that meets the requirements, sadly its one that people will hang around for a kill on, but, with such a limited choice it ticks the boxes for me. I just hope that it keeps the two utility highs... Hmmm I see why it needs changes...
