6 malkuth cruise launcher(not much money) and 2 med pulse t2
meds
lif fueled 1 booster rocket 2 f-90 positional sensors
2 shield hardners (depends on enemy) and one XL C5 emergency shield
Lows
4pdu t2 and bcu
so this setup anygood for lvl 4. if not tell me.

Personally I would use more hardeners, also I personally find that some of the BS in some of the lvl4s don't break to easy using cruise.

Why the sensor boosters?
It takes ages to get to this range, sometimes you land on top of the spawn and it weakens your tank.
I would replace the sensor boosters with a shield boost amp and another hardener.
You wonŠt be able to kill higher npc bs without drones with cm launchers.
Sometimes you probably want to change your setup to use more hardeners, a cap booster or some torps.
Scan the deadspace before you enter it and look up the npcs or warp in with another ship to see where you drop out of warp.

1- speaking from experience, malk cruise launcher cant break the tank of 500k npc, unless you either get better launcher or cruise missile lv4+, then MAYBE.
2- sensor booster is a waste of space, to be honest your best bet in the mid is 1xl booster, 1 boost amp, 4x hardner (even so with T1 modules its difficult/impossble for deadspace missions)
3- low fill with t2 pdus, you really need those extra shield/cap.
