All Euro and American continent timezones are covered. There is always someone logged in. English not your first language? - not a problem we can barely understand some of those that are! Based in Tenerifis right now.

Shinra are ok :) .. one of their zealots made my arma run away! .. damn overpowered HACs(i did have a npc setup on though :P)
