Wow, so much is useless replys here, its very ammusing how former fix alliance members r replying here smacking about the past. if your not involved in this conflict stop posting your past history. we dont want to hear it cause its old news. post on recent events so this forum will be fun to read.
Honestly, the current state of the game is making this war frusterating for both sides. CCP should look closely at the direction Eve is going down or maybe just maybe lots more people will be leaving game because simple combat engagements r non existant without the Lag Monster.
Fix - SA and the rest of the community will agree on this...

Heh, this is exactly how i feel about SA.
This 'conflict' is like two cripples flailing their arms left and right trying to do some damage.
Frankly, i dont understand whats the point of fighting with FIX when you have G and IRON roaming around the south. ---------------------------------------------

the very question you should be asking your leadership..as this was what the majority of sa was thnking when we were set KOS.
but tbh nothing can happen or will happen until the lag is fixed and RMR is sorted out completly..it took a gang of us 3 hours to move a mesly 15 jumps on instas lat night..cause every time we jamp..half of us had a phantom CTD and it would take up to a minute for the new system to load in. _____

2. G/Iron... sigh... had a buncha good fights with them, but theya re leaving now...
Besides, we couldn't resist you guys. After your diplomat convoed me it was clear to me whats gonna happen.

Huzzah responded to an ally being attacked, U might have been friendly to them before, but I guess you could have known change in standings would follow by your unilateral acts of aggresstion.
Well, your pipe is full, just keep on smoking it.
BTW, your taking of Catch was one of the most arrogant acts Ive ever seen in this game and if someone should have started war it should have been SA.

This post is getting quite funny and is slowly turning into EX-FIX vs EX-SA. I just wish everybody from both sides would calm down, let FIX and SA do the fighting, let the best side win and then let us all know how its going.

stop whining, start fighting.
Wierd yesterday I checked and SA still had 1185 people and FIX about 30 more so why is Huzzah helping to get a fair fight? they just want the space in Catch I think and can't do it themselfs.
SA is everything they say others are. I was about not to chose sides in this fight since I'm no FIX anymore but talking with such big words and talking with faking facts is just lame, Keep the fighting ingame and also keep it clean once in local.

Until huzzah backs it isn't even SA vs FIX.

I will say nothing on the war or it's causes, I will not stupidly predict it's outcome or make silly assumptions on the side's strength etc. I will not post misguided perceptions, propaganda, nor twist history, or even call people nasty names.
I will however say this : lag will be the death of us all..

Only reason im fighting this fight is cuz i want my blow up doll back from FAT
Seriously though, going back to the FIX-Collation war, which lasted a whole, uhm 3 1/2 weeks. This is avery brief overveiw of events.
Day 1: FIX invade FAT with over 150. People in station and system go WTF and run like mad.
Day 2-13: Collation gathers it's forces in emppire, while camping A2 in Quiouios and running Frig/Crusier gank sqauds in FIX space.
Day 14: Collation re-enters FAT and re-takes the station while setting a bubble camp up a few jumps away.
Day 15-21: FIX and Collation play Station Ping Pong in FAT for a whole 7 days. FIX withdraw, Collation follow at an alarming pace.
Day 22-END: Collation take a FIX station. Ping Pong starts again, with fights taking place on the gate in this system as both forces try to move in reinforcments.
Day WTF, We're in SE: I was a director in 5618 and this got me by surprise. I knew nothing of this and also being a FC for Collation when I logged on I was trying to find out waht gangs where going on etc.
I was later told that SE had asked to join with Collation, not the other way round, and full power of SE had been handed to Cujo.
This is my own personaly interptation of events during that time, oh and to the Fixian who said it's normaly nice for one alliance to tell another of a change in standings, try tell your leaders that when they invaded FAT the first time.
Mmmmkay, pumpkin?

Ian, the numbers i presented were taken from the Official Alliances page. If it is not up to date, I think it's my fault. I apologise from the depth of my heart if those figures were wrong and led to missconception.

Edited by: Tadis on 21/12/2005 11:57:03 It makes me laugh when people judge Fix without knowing any facts on us. An external viewpoint is as useless as shagging your pet cat and calling it Judy.
The Old Fix as people talk about is still about, but with alterations to adapt to the new patches. The old Fix wouldnt have worked in Cold War/RMR, we needed to adapt. As we did for Cold war, and as we have done again for RMR, as people might find out over the coming month. We have some of the best dynamic leaders in the game now, one in particular giving his all for Fix, to the point where Nez/Wraithstorms temporary absense's are hardly noticed (that in itself is one mean feat I must say).
New command structure, Corps taking responsibility for different tasks within the alliance, some great applicant corps and other details I cant really say here.
If anything, the current Fix is just a little more organised than ever. Yes some old friends dont fly under the Fix tag anymore, but they remain close by ^^
Any alliances that dont evolve or move forward, die. So I for one am glad Firmus Ixion hasnt stayed static over the past 6 months and is moving towards greater things.
So all in all, this *******s about "Fix isnt the same anymore" is rubbish. People leave, people move on, but people also come in, step up, get promoted and prove their worth.
Rant over :)
On another note, following what Shivan said. Some great fights indeed. If only CCP would sort out the lag fests we're getting when jumping in on fleets it would be peachy!
The 50 frigs we sent against the 18 x BS last night was immense btw. Great fun albeit it there 20 pilots shouting they couldnt see the primarys being called lol :)

I almost got caught on the way to hed by your fleet, made a count the moment I ahd you guys on scanner and you are right not 18BS but you had 18 people and from most were BS. Missed some but on the 15 I counted you guys had only 1 which wasn't a BS :)

Originally by: Blacklight A bit of hostility coming through there, I didn't realise someone from Tyrell would have an anti-BoB axe to grind or do I just missinterpret you? We had invested a lot of time and effort brokering certain deals down south which I am sure is all that motivated Selpy's interest as to our opinion and whether we'd involve ourselves.
SA and FIX fighting is as inevitable as BoB and G fighting and neither party is blameless in causing it imo. The whole affair is certainly not something to get overly excited about tbh, unless you're in FIX or SA that is.
My hostility is directed at Slepy who thinks thats its BOB's place to pick a side and wipe the other out. I said he (fix/SA) needs to stand on their own feet and defend themselves. If they cant defend themselves than they have no place down here.
Asking what BOB thinks is like asking them, "whos side are you on", frankly if you really need to know if BOB is coming to your rescue then you deserve to get wiped out so something stronger takes your place. -----------------------

Originally by: shivan I was later told that SE had asked to join with Collation, not the other way round, and full power of SE had been handed to Cujo.
I was at the CEO's meeting... What Cujo said was SE wanted Coalition to rejoin.. and the coalition would have full control over SE. I suggested we scrap SE altogether, make SA and kick all the carebear corps out. Cujo said that thats exactly what would happen if we went back to SE and instead of wasting 1 bil might as well take SE as is and fix it up.
I had no faith that SE would work out.. I knew the carebears would stay and things would be business as usual over there.. Add to that we dont live in stain there really was no reason for us to move back there.. But anyways thats another story..
The proposal to rejoin SE broke up a good alliance. The coalition was a PVP only alliance with little no no carebears... -----------------------

I coulda sworn it was 16 BS, 1 inty and 1 HAC... I'm reasonably sure we had 18 in gang total. Close enough really, nothing to quible over.
Bit of a blur really Having a 50+ frig gang warp in was uber uber exhilerating, escpecially cause none of us were fit to take on frigs in particular.
Awesome fight FIX, anyone got fraps? We got some but the stuff I've seen so far wasn't entirely clear.

Just to be fair here... This isnt the same SA either. But in fleet ops in this war i'd give SA the nod over what Fix has atm.
My prediction is a lot of the ex-fix corps will come help their buddies out. Im sure the roaming frig gangs ASUYA and Arcane Industries have going on around the south will get bored soon enough.
Ahh we are just spectators for now, anyway no point in us getting involved we want SA to at least have a chance.
